Main roads providing connections with the largest cities of Latvia and Baltic emphasizes on Riga City
as the center of multinational place of activities. Functional and future oriented sign is designed
using the form language which is pure and easy to percieve.

Territory layout of Riga served as the main inspiration for RigaCity Municipality Sign.
The design emploies the same form language as in Riga City Sign, which is easy to percieve,
laconic and creates unified format of the Riga City style.
The sign represents the pattern of Riga, where a number of municipalities succesfully
coexist and cooperate in the city.
